Our process is pretty simple; the path to getting hired requires you to complete one of our application forms. Once submitted, our HR Manager will conduct a telephone interview and then you will be invited to attend an interview at one of our offices.

Working in the travel industry has one major draw: the travel itself!
At the Inspiring Travel Company, we pride ourselves on first-hand knowledge of the hotels and destinations we sell. This means that a benefit of working at Inspiring Travel Company is that the Travel Specialists and all members of our sales team are sent on 'educational trips' several times a year.
These trips might involve two nights in Spain touring a variety of hotels or a longer stay in far-flung places like Thailand or Mauritius. Wherever you go you'll stay in the accommodation we sell to our clients so you can see what the 'ITC experience' is all about.
Though it is largely our sales and product teams that do the travelling, staff in the Concierge, Client Services and Marketing departments also get opportunities.
Whatever your job role, all members of staff who experience one of these trips are expected to return with detailed and insightful knowledge to share with the team.
