Monday to Friday 37.5 hours and 1 in 4 Saturdays

Job Purpose

Own and manage the sales and service performance of the sales team and deliver the most efficient, consistent and high quality service to all our clients and agents, contributing to the delivery of sales revenues and targets as well as overall company goals.

Lead the sales team by coaching and motivating them, playing a pivotal and pro-active role in identifying key learning skills and needs to support the achievement of targets.
