We have a team on call 24-hours a day in case of emergency while you’re travelling with the Concierge service available to you both before and during your holiday.
Our primary Concierge team is based in our Chester headquarters, but we also have three overseas offices and Destination Managers in Antigua, Barbados and Cape Town.
You’ll find our Bajan office among good company, surrounded by the likes of Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Ralph Lauren at the Lime Grove Lifestyle Centre in Holetown. With a wealth of experience, this is the base for Kerin and Jennifer, our Barbados Destination Managers who will be on hand to provide you with a first-class concierge service during your luxury holiday on the island.
As well as being experts on luxury travel – Kerin is one of our longest-serving members of staff, having been with ITC nearly 25 years – they are also born and bred Barbados, meaning their contacts are legendary and their advice based on years of knowledge.
When you arrive into Grantley Adams airport you’ll be immediately welcomed onto the island by one of the team, who will show you to your private vehicle and offer you a refreshment. They will then contact you on your second day, allowing you the time to settle in and voice any concerns you may have or provide information you may be lacking.
From then on both Kerin and Jennifer will only be a phone call away, 24/7, should you require their assistance while in Barbados. They can get tickets for you to attend the polo and even arrange golf at the many fabulous golf courses. Finally, you’ll be met at the end of your holiday, having already been checked in, with boarding passes ready and bid a fond farewell from Barbados.
Compliments of ITC, all travellers will have access to the Airport Executive Lounge at Grantley Adams.
In a similar way to our Barbados Office, the ITC Antigua Office provides a full in-resort concierge service, with both Kathy and Maureen being long-standing, local staff that have the best contacts and experience of the island.
Our destination staff in Antigua will be hand for you 24/7, to ensure you have the necessary support on the island in case of an emergency, but also to enhance your experience with top tips, recommendations and the contacts to organise details to your heart’s desire.
Kathy and Maureen are there to ensure your stay is easier and more relaxing, which includes services such as check-in and printing of boarding cards. They are also on hand to help organise car hire, dinner reservations and have the insider knowledge to honestly recommend the best places to eat.
This service for our guests in Antigua is exclusive to us and we therefore suggest you make the very most of it while staying there. Our ladies are always happy to help!
The ITC South Africa Office was officially opened in the summer of 2014 and is run by our long-standing Sports Tour Director Richard Nurse. Born and bred in Cape Town, both Richard and Vanessa (who works alongside him) have a wealth of contacts in the city and beyond. They can suggest activities, organise car hire and even get you tickets for popular events.
On arrival you’ll be met at the airport and given time to settle into your accommodation before being rung within 24-hours to check that everything is to your requirements and to arrange a visit from one of our destination staff. As with all ITC in-resort personnel, they’ll be available 24/7 in case of an emergency and boast an incredible network of trusted connections across South Africa to assist when necessary.
As ITC Sports Travel Tour Director, you’ll also discover that Richard is a dab hand at getting tickets for top sporting events, should you wish to take in any of the spectacular fixtures available in South Africa; such as cricket and rugby.
