One such which we’re delighted to make you aware of is Celicioso. Having recently opened at the Puente Romano Beach Resort & Spa Marbella, this gluten-free restaurant is the area’s first and serves meals from 10am until 12am daily. A covered terrace offers a prime location to enjoy a gluten-free cocktail or two, or if you fancy dining privately a take-away service is available.
Dining options, particualrly when abroad, can be confusing and restrictive if you suffer from a dietary intolerance. So this new restaurant will no doubt be welcome news for travellers who want to enjoy a prime eatery within a luxury resort, whilst also being able to dine safe in the knowledge that the ingredients are safe for them to consume.
The restaurant comes off the back of Celicioso Madrid; which has had huge success since it was opened by coeliac chef Santiago Godfrid. He said: “We wanted to increase our offer to satisfy all the requests from our clients and to continue growing and working hard. Our new concept will be called Celicioso – Gluten Free – Bakery, Food & Drinks Marbella.”
And Celicioso isn’t the resort’s only dining option…it’s its ninth! With two restaurants from Michelin starred chef, Dani Garcia, a Thai restaurant and a seafood grill, the Puente Romano is a discerning choice for a gastronomic holiday. On the new menus for autumn guests can revel in the likes of The Tandoori Menu with its fresh, spicy ingredients, or for the health conscious traveller, there’s always the organic fare on the menu at Rachel’s.
