A newcomer on St Kitts
With lush interior landscapes and a bounty of beautiful beaches, the tiny island of St Kitts is an increasingly popular choice for travellers who want to kick back in the Caribbean. The newly-opened Park Hyatt St. Kitts offers the perfect setting to experience St Kitts’ relatively untouched beauty, positioned as it is along the edge of Banana Bay, a turtle nesting beach, with a pelican colony not far away. Combining a sensitivity for the natural environment with all the services and facilities you’d expect from a luxury resort, Park Hyatt St Kitts is one to watch for Caribbean travel in 2018.

Opening on the 29th March, the very grown-up Nobu Hotel Marbella’s signature restaurant will be at the heart of the guest experience at the stylish new hotel. This chic restaurant from acclaimed Chef Nobu Matsuhisa will be led by Nobu’s first female Executive Chef, with a dining concept centred on its trademark ‘Nobu Style’ dishes, such as Yellowtail with Jalapeño and Black Cod Miso. Guests can dine on the Nobu terrace, at the sushi bar, in the dining room itself, or in the privacy of their own suite thanks to the exclusive 24-hour in-room menu, straight from the celebrated restaurant.
