Here at ITC Luxury Travel we offer a world of luxury holiday destinations, but in recent weeks we’ve seen a real peak in bookings for Europe.
Our business to the continent for summer 2015 is currently 51% up on where we were at this point last year, and I can’t help but think that it’s down to the great value of the Euro for us Brits, and the fantastic early booking offers that hotels have had.
Jumeirah Port Soller in Mallorca for example has an extra 13% discount along with 7 nights for the price of 6 when you stay during the peak period (July and August) when booking 60 days or more in advance of travel. While at Daios Cove on Crete, one child under 12 can share their parents’ room for free.
Along with this, an increase in flight routes to Europe this summer, particularly from British Airways, has increased interest in Crete, Sardinia and Turkey travel. So there really is no better time to visit the wonderful continent on our doorstep.
