Itinerary

On arrival at Anchorage International Airport you’ll be met by a local Silversea Cruises representative and transferred to the Captain Cook Hotel. A lively city surrounded by pristine wilderness, Anchorage is abuzz all around the year with adventure, recreation, seasonal festivities, and sporting events.
Board the Deluxe Dome Railcar Service for the scenic ride to Denali National Park. The highlight of today will be passing 300+ feet over Hurricane Gulch. With windows extending 180 degrees around you, you'll be surrounded by the majesty of nature.
Explore six-million-acre Denali National Park on a full day of sightseeing. Your expert guide will help you search for bear, moose, caribou, and other wildlife. Then, having seen the park from the ground, take to the air for a thrilling flightseeing excursion and get a bird's-eye view of the park.
Depart Denali for the scenic journey to Girdwood. The George Parks Highway passes through vast expanses of virgin land where moose, fox, wolves, and brown bears reign supreme. Stop en-route at the home of four-time dogsledding champion Martin Buser for an exclusive visit.
Enjoy your final morning in Anchorage. Don't miss the opportunity to take the Aerial Tram for a view from the mountainside. Then, transfer to port to embark. The dedicated Silversea staff and crew will be waiting, ready to warmly welcome you aboard.
Hubbard Glacier is the largest glacier in North America and is more than six spectacular miles wide! Historically, it has been a very active glacier and has experienced two major surges in the past 30 years alone.
Remote Juneau is lost amid the Alaskan wilds, this is real glacier country, and you will have plenty of chances to see them for yourself. With 1,500 square miles of ice field, one of the best ways to take in the magnitude and majesty is on a helicopter tour.
A true gold rush town, Skagway still celebrates its proud mining history, especially in Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park and the historic downtown area which sprang up during the 1890’s goldrush. In this magical destination, whales roam offshore, and glaciers creak nearby.
Here you’ll find traditional native totem poles in Sitka National Historical Park, marking the battleground of 1804 where the indigenous people clashed with the Russians. Nearby, snow-capped Mount Edgecumbe draws comparisons with Mount Fuji's symmetrical cone.
The Salmon Capital of the World is a thrilling introduction to wild and wonderful Alaska. Home to grizzly and black bears, as well as cruising whales and swimming seals, the wildlife spotting opportunities in this majestic corner of the world are nothing short of spectacular.
Witness Mother Nature at her most dramatic and powerful along this stretch of Alaskan coastline. Navigate through the intricate outlays of some of Alaska’s most staggering winter scenery, threading between craggy, snow-dusted islands, and drifting glacial giants.
Disembark and enjoy some of Vancouver’s hidden gems before your return flight. Surrounded by staggering natural beauty, this metropolitan city has something for everything. Maybe fuel up on some world-class dining before transferring to the airport and flying back to the UK.
