Itinerary

Begin your voyage surrounded by the culture and tradition of Budapest and visit Heroes’ Bend and Castle Hill. Then sailing out of Budapest through the scenic Danube Bend you will see some of Hungary’s oldest settlements.
Having hosted the crowning ceremonies of 11 Hungarian kings and queens, Bratislava has earned its title of “Coronation City of Kings” and you will discover its fascinating history on a walking tour.
Vienna is bursting at the seams with incredible historical, cultural and architectural landmarks including the stunning UNESCO-designated Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens, an 18th century, 1,441-room Baroque palace.
Take a walking tour of beautiful Weissenkirchen before visiting the UNESCO-designated Melk Abbey. If you prefer a more active adventure, join a guided bike tour or hike up to the fortress where Richard the Lionheart was once held.
Embark on a walking tour through the old city centre of Linz and visit the Mozart House and the city’s famed “Cultural Mile”. You may even undertake a day trip to Salzburg and experience its wealth of historical landmarks.
Passau has numerous staggering landmarks to discover. Marvel at the Gothic and Italian Baroque architecture, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the hilltop Veste Oberhaus fortress, before moving on to Vilshofen.
Disembark from the ship in Vilshofen where you will be treated to a festive and traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest celebration complete with music, beer, sausage and all of the frivolity that you would expect.
