In the lower Zambezi National Park you’ll find the epitome of ‘bush chic’ in the form of the Sausage Tree Camp, with access to some of the best game viewing in the area. The camp provides guests with an authentic bush experience in a luxury setting and with the highest standards of hospitality and luxury facilities.
Located on the banks of the Zabezi river in the middle of the National Park the accommodation at the camp is made of Bedouin white canvas tents, all of which have luxury wood and fabric furnishings. The bathroom is open air from which guests can experience the unique African vistas in a relaxed and luxurious setting.
The safaris on offer to visitors are some of the most wide ranging available and include both night and day drives and well as boat cruises and canoe trips. Personal guides are also available and wildlife such as Elephants, Hippos and Buffalos are witnessed around the camp regularly whilst there is also a very high chance of viewing animals such as lions, zebra, leopards and impala.

Four poster beds within white Bedouin style tents accommodate a maximum of 16 guests along the Zambezi River.
The five Signature Tents have open-air ensuite bathroom and private deck with views down the river.
Kigelia House is great for small groups or families, with two ensuite bedrooms separated by an open plan living area leading onto the private deck and pool.
Each tent has its own personal Muchinda (butler), 24 hour power, as well as hot and cold treated water
