The Slate, formerly Indigo Pearl

Inspired by Phuket’s history of tin mining, the hotel has a trendy and modern design, cleverly blended with Thai twists.

The Slate, formerly Indigo Pearl

The Slate, formerly Indigo Pearl, is a contemporary resort set on the beach, with a rainforest backdrop, on the sheltered, tranquil northwest coast of Phuket.

The 177 suites and villas are dotted throughout the tropical gardens. Generous in size, both indoor and out, views are of the gardens or infinity pools. The Pool Suites boast a plunge pool set within a private courtyard and the individual one and two bedroom Pool Villas feature a larger private pool.

There’s plenty of dining options including eight restaurants and bars: from authentic Thai cuisine to freshly grilled meats and seafood; international buffets & live cooking stations; poolside snacks and homemade ice-cream and even a snooker hall/bar! In addition, every Sunday guests can enjoy Sunday brunch with free-flowing wine and cocktails.

The Slate also offers a variety of facilities including three swimming pools – one of which is specifically for families; a choice of watersports; dive centre; a fitness studio where guests can take part in Thai boxing & Pilates classes as well as personal training and tennis courts. Children are kept entertained at the Kid’s Club with activates from origami to mask making; PlayStation games to hair-weaving. Maximum relaxation is achieved at the Coqoon Spa – nestled amongst the rainforest.
