While the Greek-style architecture and cascading bougainvillaea are reminiscent of the Mediterranean, there is a distinct Caribbean flavour and vibe at this much loved Anguillan resort.
Set in the crescent-shaped Rendezvous Bay in south-western Anguilla, CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa treats its guests to a refined yet casual luxury beach experience. As its name suggests, cuisine is an essential element. A variety of gastronomy can be found in the two restaurants using ingredients from the resort's unique Hydroponic Farm, which produces the freshest and purest vegetables and edible flowers.
The resort also boasts an 18-hole championship golf course designed by the golfing legend Greg Norman – perfect for awe-inspiring views and dramatic holes.
All accommodation takes advantage of the stunning views and the resort features some of the largest rooms in the Caribbean. There is plenty to occupy all guests, from the Venus Spa with its 16 treatment rooms, to an abundance of other activities.
That said, relaxation is definitely the watchword along the resort's two miles of soft white sand and crystal clear waters.

Activities
The Venus Spa at CuisinArt is a must for any guest. With fresh, organic ingredients and special healing waters, the spa combines innovative spa techniques with traditional European treatments to help you relax and rejuvenate. Another highlight at the resort is the 18-hole Greg Norman Signature Design Championship Course – the ultimate golfing experience for experts and novices alike. The course is outstanding, the views over Anguilla and the Caribbean are exceptional, and the holes are challenging and dramatic.
CuisinArt’s infinity pool is stunning – perfect for lounging in that magnificent Caribbean sunshine while soaking up some breathtaking views. For a more active adventure, enjoy a complimentary fitness class, such as Aquatic Kickboxing or Relax, Refresh & Renew, or head over to CuisinArt Water Sports, which provides everything you need for a great day out on the bay. Make the most of the calm, clear water by donning a snorkelling mask and some flippers, or borrow a Hobie Cat for some fun and easy sailing. The resort also has an excellent tennis programme, which is in association with the AnguillaTennisAcademy. Opt for a private lesson or attend a drill workout; the resort’s certified tennis instructor will ensure that both adults and children have a ball!
The resort also provides a bike rental service at a small additional charge. Cycling is the perfect way to explore the flat, beautiful island, particularly as Anguilla is home to numerous secluded spots not easily accessible by car or public transport.
Entertainment
As you can probably guess from the resort’s name, CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa takes guests on the gastronomical journey of a lifetime. With a strong focus on innovation and the freshest ingredients, the resort prides itself on its unique Hydroponic Farm, the first of its kind in the world. Guests can even embark on a tour of the farm – perfect if you want to discover the origins of the gourmet creations enjoyed at one of the hotel’s numerous restaurants. Start the day with a mouth-watering breakfast at Café Mediterraneo; indulge in a Steak Tartare prepared tableside at Le Bistro at Santorini, Anguilla’s only AAA Four Diamond restaurant; enjoy colourful live music while you munch on international delicacies at the barbecue; visit Anguilla's first authentic Japanese restaurant, Tokyo Bay, where enticing decor and sensational panoramic views await you; or take a trip to the Mediterranean at the Clubhouse, which is architecturally reminiscent of the whitewashed villas of Greece and offers a wide selection of delectable grill favourites and Italian specialities. The fine dining experience at CuisinArt really is unique. Delicious wines are also a highlight at the resort, thanks to extensive wine cellar boasting 3,600 bottles. Why not tantalise your taste buds even more by attending a fascinating interactive experience – wine tasting, Caribbean rum tasting, Japanese cooking classes and professional cooking classes are all on offer.
