The stunning natural beauty of the French Caribbean is wonderfully diverse, with cascading waterfalls, extraordinary rainforests and aquamarine lagoons. Each of the six islands is gorgeous, unique and exclusive, treating guests on a luxury French Caribbean holiday to an enchanting joie de vivre.
Our portfolio predominantly features properties on the sophisticated island of St Barths. The island’s original inhabitants came from Brittany, so it's little wonder that its intrinsic French influence gives the region the air of an exclusive Mediterranean resort.
The capital and pretty harbour town of Gustavia offers a selection of gourmet restaurants, exclusive boutiques and pavement cafés, while the rest of the island is green and hilly with long stretches of white sand beaches. Excellent for watersports, the clear waters are enhanced by the island's Marine Reserve status.

Hotel Le Toiny
Comprising just 14 villas and set in a luscious palm grove that overlooks the pristine sands of Toiny Beach, St Barths, Hotel Le Toiny is a truly outstanding boutique property...
Because of its location between St. Thomas and Antigua, St Barths is popular with yachting crowd, whose glamorous boats line its shores. Yacht charters are available from Gustavia Harbor – this is a great way of exploring the island and its spectacular coastline. Alternatively, get up close and personal with the fantastic coral reefs by embarking on a Yellow Submarine tour from Ferry Dock in Gustavia – great fun if you don’t want to get wet!
Some of the island’s best beaches include Baie de St Jean, a trendy but family-friendly beach surrounded by restaurants, and Anse du Grand Colombier, which is tricky to reach but consequently incredibly peaceful, not to mention stunning!
If you’re staying on St Martin, be sure to check out the Butterfly Farm – it really is spectacular and offers something a little bit different to days spent splashing around on one of the island’s 37 picturesque beaches. To soak up some unbelievable vistas, head up to the island’s highest point, Pic du Paradis, or Paradise Peak, where you’ll find two observation areas atop a lush tropical forest.
Both St Barths and St Marten offer a lively nightlife scene. For a sophisticated night out in St Barths, head over to Gustavia, where you’ll find the majority of the nightclubs, many of which don’t get going until after midnight. The nightlife on Dutch St Maarten is vibrant and diverse – choose from multiples casinos, shows, beach bars and discos. Late-night entertainment is very popular and one of ‘the’ things to do on the island, so be sure to pick up a copy of one of the many event guides available at tourist offices and hotels.
Dining on St Barths is heaven – world-class restaurants and gorgeous little cafes line the streets. Some of our favourites include Le Gaïac, Santa Fé and L' Esprit Saline.
