Originally built in 1832, this exuberant manor house, with its 365 windows, 52 chimneys, 12 Pillars, 4 towers is a rare example of a calendar house.

This means it was built to symbolise the calendar years through the design of its architectural elements.

With its Neo-Gothic exterior, complete with gargoyles and decorative carved stone, this manor house has been an icon on the Irish coast for centuries, now turned into one of Ireland's most impressive boutique Golf and Spa resort.

Each of the 104 guest rooms and suites have been individually designed with 19th century inspired art, mahogany furnishings and full marble en suites to reflect the history of Adare Manor. Grand windows frame phenomenal views of the Manor’s grounds, golf course and woodlands. All rooms benefit from Acqua Di Pharma luxury bathroom amenities, 300 thread count 100% cotton bed linens and goose down bedding.

Across 463 sq ft of space, the room offers a king-sized bedroom and marble en suite bathroom with rainfall shower, where you can enjoy incredible views of the hotel grounds, golf course or woodland.
Deluxe Room
Set across 538 sq ft, enjoy a king-sized bedroom with a marble en suite bathroom with rainfall shower which overlooks the French Gardens, the River Maigue, championship golf course or the Courtyard. This room may also be wheelchair accessible.

Dunraven Staterooms
Once the private apartment of the Earl of Dunraven, this 753 sq ft room has been decorated to reflect the historic style of the manor. Enjoy a king-sized bed, marble en suite bathroom, a separate sitting room with a desk and original fireplace as well as views of the French Gardens.
One Bedroom Suite
This 926 sq ft suite boasts views of the River Maigue and offers a private sitting room, minibar, marble bathroom with double vanity, rainfall shower and soaking bathtub, and separate bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed. This room may also be wheelchair accessible.
Signature Suite
The most luxurious and spacious suite available, this 1076 sq ft suite offers the service of a Manor Butler for the duration of your stay. Enjoy a king-sized bedroom with marble en suite as well as a spacious separate sitting room with a complimentary minibar stocked with drinks and nibbles or your choice.

The Tack Room is particularly renowned for the whiskey collection which includes over 100 bottles of rare Irish, Scotch, Bourbon, Canadian and Japanese whiskeys.

Across the manor house and gardens there is a wide selection of indoor and outdoor activities perfect for every guest.

On the grounds, try your hand at falconry, archery and clay pigeon shooting or take some time for yourself on any of the walking or running trails around the manor. If you want to enjoy splendid views of the grounds from an altogether more luxurious vantage point, then horse & carriage rides around the resort are the best way to experience the enchanting 840 acre site.

Lauded as one of the best courses in the world, the masterfully executed Adare Manor 18-hole championship golf course is located right on the manor’s grounds and is designed to be a challenging and profoundly satisfying experience for golfers of every level. Celebrated golf architect Tom Fazio has taken this already award-winning course and transformed it into a golfing paradise so impressive that it is set to host the 2026 Ryder Cup.

Outside of the manor grounds, guests can enjoy the great Irish countryside through activities such as horseback riding, wild game shooting and traditional gun dog lessons. Situated on the picturesque southwest of Ireland, Adare Manor also provides prime access to Adare Village, where the streets are lined with historic thatched cottages and stone walls, as well as the Wild Atlantic Way, where there are some of Ireland’s more iconic sights and tourist destinations.
