The Oasis at Death Valley

The Oasis at Death Valley

Originally constructed as a working ranch in the late 1800s, the property now consists of the ranch and inn hotels, together home to over 200 accommodations, two pools, a golf course, several restaurants, a saloon, a general store and even a museum. Open year round, The Oasis at Death Valley (formerly Furnace Creek Ranch & Inn Resort) offers a selection of family and couple friendly rooms, with their own distinct style.

With 66 rooms, the Inn has a collection of recently decorated accommodations, some of which have lovely views. There’s also a pretty garden area, outdoor heated pool, tennis courts and a fine dining restaurant at the Inn. Meanwhile, the Ranch offers a selection of standard and deluxe rooms, cabins and an RV parking area. There are several more dining options here including a buffet restaurant, American family restaurant and bar saloon. Facilities at the Ranch include an outdoor heated pool and putting green.

Keen golfers will love playing a game at the Furnace Creek 18 hole Golf course, the world’s lowest golf course. The Furnace Creek Stables (open October–mid-May) offer one and two hour guided trail rides on the valley floor and by Funeral Mountain as well as, evening carriage and hay wagon rides. Also make a visit to the Borax Museum to learn the history of Death Valley and bikes and jeeps are also available for rental at the resort.
