This iconic pre-war Art Deco building located on the famous Collins Avenue in South Beach Miami was originally designed by celebrated American-born architect, Albert Anis in 1939.

Many of the design features of Metropolitan by Como Miami Beach are taken from the elegant 1920 and 30s, with pastel pinks and sea greens and shining chromes combine with more contemporary shapes and textures to create a touch of modernity with old-fashioned charm. The 74 rooms and suites offer city, intracoastal or ocean views, and feature cool terrazzo floors, decorated in a flamboyant Art Deco design, some rooms include private a private balcony.

The hotel's leisure facilities include an outdoor pool and sun terrace with bar service serving a poolside menu of snacks and small plates and refreshing beverages while you enjoy the Miami sunshine. A hydrotherapy pool is located on the rooftop COMO Shambhala Urban Escape Terrace.
