Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort
Situated in Oahu, the Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort is known as the ‘First Lady of Waikiki’ and is a landmark hotel on the island. Designed in a modern yet traditional style, the Tower and Diamond Wings of the property underwent a renovation recently and offer nearly 600 renovated accommodations.
Situated 20-40 minutes from the Honolulu International Airport, the Moana Surfrider is set within walking distance of the Kapiolani Park, Ala Moana Park, Waikiki Shell, Waikiki Aquarium and Honolulu Zoo. Accommodations feature an in room safe, mini refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and some have a balcony. The Historic Banyan Wing accommodations are the most historic in style.
At the Moana Surfrider, enjoy a frequent entertainment schedule, there is weekday, nightly and weekend entertainment as well as a pampering Spa and swimming pool with accompanying splash pool. Parking is located across the street at the sister property, the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani and here and also at The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection hotel, enjoy the experience of a Hawaiian luau (at an additional cost). If parents or children are looking for an organised program of activities, children can attend the kids program at the Sheraton Waikiki. Couples might wish to take the historical tour, taking place three days a week and lasting an hour.
