Located in the heart of cowboy country in north west Arizona and approximately two and a half hours from Las Vegas, Stagecoach Trails is a guest ranch where the old west blends with the new.
On arrival at Stagecoach Trails Guest Ranch you will feel as though you have stepped back in time and walked in to a Western movie set with chuck wagons, horse-drawn carriages and casita style buildings scattered throughout the property.
The bordering 360,000 acres of natural desert beckons you to explore by horseback, with a backdrop of the Mohave and Hualapai mountains and sweeping views of the cactus landscape.
The ranch offers riding for all abilities, beginner riders will take slow scenic rides through the beautiful Arizona desert while more advanced riders can enjoy trotting and loping in the desert washes. After your first day you will enjoy up to two rides per day, each a duration of about two hours, those guests staying four nights or more will enjoy longer day rides of up to five-hours through cactus scenery and to the top of Buck Mountain or on the Gold Mine Trail Ride.
Three home-cooked meals are enjoyed in the Hualapai Dining Room and evening entertainment at the ranch may include cowboy singers, campfires and line dancing. There are a range of non-riding activities available to ranch guests, including guided ATV’s tours into the desert mountains, a shooting range, fat tyre mountain bikes, archery, wagon rides as well as a pool and hit tub. The ranch has no liquor license but you are welcome to bring your own.

What else can I do at the ranch?
At the ranch, there is also a swimming pool and hot tub (with access for disabled travellers). Get to know the other guests with a board game or a game of horseshoes. Is the ranch suited to children?
The ranch has no specific children's program, however children aged 8 and older are permitted to ride their own horse on trail rides, whilst under 5's can only travel around the ranch with side walkers.
Please note: The ranch has helmets of all sizes for guests to borrow and they advise that you pack closed toe shoes and long trousers for riding. Stagecoach is located 45 minutes from the nearest town, Kingman, and so it is advised that you fill your car up with gas before arriving at the ranch.
