Goosewing Ranch offers an opportunity to experience a corner of North Americas wildest country as it has been for over a hundred years. At an elevation of 7,000 feet, this secluded retreat sits deep in the heart of the Gros Ventre River Valley and is host to elk, moose, bear and eagles and spectacular scenery. You may recognise it as the film, The Little House on The Prairie was produced here! Catering to all riding abilities, this guest ranch offers spectacular riding scenery due to its remote location.
Goosewing is a small and intimate ranch, accommodating 35 guests a week, in eight private guest cabins and three two bedroom cabins. Meals are served in the main lodge and lunches are normally trail side picnics. For dinner, you can enjoy themed dinners and once a week there is a cookout with live entertainment. In the evening, guests gather in the loft bar to lounge around or play pool. There is a liquour license at the ranch and a daily cocktail hour. If you would to bring your own alcohol, there is a $10 corkage fee. Guests staying six and seven nights at the ranch will receive a complimentary 50 or 60 minute massage.
