Accommodation, decorated in a luxurious western style, comprises 13 Trailhead Lodge Rooms, 10 Two and Three Bedroom Log Cabin Residences, 12 Cabin Rooms and Suites and the Magee Homestead for adult couples or for exclusive group takeovers. As a part of the all-inclusive rate, there is a daily housekeeping service, nightly turndown service, complimentary guest laundry, access to the spa facilities including sauna and steam room, up to 35 activities (based on season), indoor equestrian area, high speed wireless internet and Little Wrangler’s Kids Camp. Premium beers, wine and spirits are included in your stay from 4pm-12am daily.
Dining at Brush Creek is a real highlight of your stay. The impressive Trailhead Great Room at the main lodge has 28-foot ceilings, an open fireplace, show kitchen, dining and bar area and views of the Snowy Range, Bennett Peak and Sierra Madre mountains. Fun meals with live bluegrass music often can be enjoyed at the Chuck Wagon; this log constructed building has a full kitchen, BBQ, open fire pit and is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also cookouts along Brush Creek, a private dining room for 12 and picnics at the Falcon Peak Overlook Deck with magnificent views. There’s even more fun at the Saloon with its traditional swinging doors, fireplace, jukebox, piano, plasma televisions and karaoke.

When is the ranch open and what day does riding begin?
The ranch is open year round with spring, summer, autumn and fall stays. Most guests looking for a quintessential Wyoming ranch experience will arrive any day between 04 June to 23 August. A minimum stay of 3 nights applies for stays 22 May - 27 June and 16 August - 17 October. A minimum stay of 4 nights with arrivals on Sundays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays is required between 28 June - 15 August.
What are the types of rides on offer and how often will I ride?
Riding at Brush Creek is suitable for any age and any level of experience. There are group trail rides, horsemanship instruction, morning rides, advanced rides (for which a beginner’s trail or private evaluation is necessary to participate) and you can even spend the day with a cowboy. There is an outdoor arena and round pen for training, cowboy games, rodeos and competitions. The ranch can offer more advanced rides for experienced riders.
About the horses:
The ranch owns 100 quarter and paint horses.
What else can I do at the ranch?
There is an endless list of activities at Brush Creek including; fly fishing, horseback riding, hunting and shooting, archery, rock climbing wall, simulated golf, paintball, ropes course, zip lines tour, yoga, access to the fitness centre, mountain biking, hiking and orienteering. The 50 miles of track trails pass through groves, cottonwoods and have mountain views, the 20 miles of bike trails can all be explored in a guided group or solo. A guided educational tour by a ranger is available, informing you of the ranch’s history and the sustainable approach at Brush Creek. On your excursions, you may spot any of the animals that live in and around the ranch such as, bison, antelope, elk and moose. Be sure to book a treatment at the pampering Trailhead Spa where there is a steam room, sauna, outdoor hot tub, full-service salon and fitness centre as well as yoga classes taking place on the Falcon Peak Overlook. Personal training sessions and indoor/outdoor yoga programs are also available.
Is the ranch suited to children?
Brush Creek is a family-friendly ranch; children aged 4-8 can go on the Little Wrangler’s Children’s Club where they can enjoy equestrian activities, hiking, fishing and arts and crafts. The ranch is best suited to children aged six and above who are able to go on trail rides.
What other attractions are there in the area?
The ranch is conveniently accessed only 20 minutes from Saratoga Airport and 1 ½ hours from Laramie or 3 ½ hours from Denver, making it a great addition to a fly drive holiday in Wyoming or Colorado.
