Combine the bight lights of Las Vegas with the star studded skies of Utah on our 11-night fly drive through deserts, canyons and national parks of Nevada, Arizona and Utah

From the bright lights of Las Vegas to the star studded skies of Utah's open skies, this 10-night fly-drive holiday takes you through the deserts, canyons and National Parks of Nevada, Arizona and Utah and to Utah's high elevation capital of Salt Lake City.

Spend time watching the Bellagio Hotel fountains on the famous Las Vegas Strip and marvel at the engineering feat of Hoover Dam.

Breathtaking scenery is endless on this tour with helicopter flights over Grand Canyon and visits to natural wonders such Rainbow Bridge National Monument, Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks.

Day 1  Travel to Las Vegas
Fly from the UK to Las Vegas where you will pick up your car hire and drive to your Las Vegas Strip hotel. The city that never sleeps, so you have no fear of worrying about what is there to do if jet lag sets in and you wake early, casino's are open 24 hours so there will be plenty to keep you entertained.
Day 2  Las Vegas
Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of North America, with top celebrities performing throughout the year and six or seven Cirque du Soleil shows taking place throughout the year, you are sure to be entertained during a visit to the city of lights. The hotels are a spectacle in themselves with the Bellagio displaying dancing fountains in the 8 acre man made lake at the front of the hotel, the Pirate Show at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino and the Roman themed Caesars Palace Hotel.
Day 3  Las Vegas to Grand Canyon (280 miles)
Today's drive is approximately 4.5 hours without taking any stops. We recommend a visit of Hoover Dam, here you can take a Power Plant Tour, the visitor centre opens at 09:00 and the first tour is at 09:25. The tour is quite fascinating with a 70 second journey by lift which takes you down 530 ft through the rock wall of Black Canyon. You will enjoy incredible views from the Penstock Viewing Platform.
Staying at  El Tovar
Day 4  Grand Canyon
Enjoy a full day exploring the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We have included a 45 - 50 minute helicopter flight in your itinerary (subject to availability at the time of booking). The flight departs from the south rim and takes you over the Kaibab National Forest, the world's largest Ponderosa Pine Forest. From the south rim you will enjoy one of the most spectacular views of the canyon looking towards the North Rim and eastern section.
Staying at  El Tovar
Day 5  Grand Canyon to Lake Powell/Page (135 miles)
Today you depart Grand Canyon and head north to Page at Lake Powell, a reservoir on the Colorado River that straddles the Arizona and Utah border. The area has plenty to keep the adventure junky entertained or for a more sedate experience take to the waters on a lake cruise. Highlights in the area include Horseshoe Bend, one of the most photographed spots on the Colorado River and only a short drive from Page.
Day 6  Lake Powell
Lake Powell probably warrants a longer stay than two nights with it being a base to explore so many amazing sights. One of the most popular activities is a tour of the mysterious Antelope Canyon, a slot canyon with narrow deep crevices formed by erosion of the sandstone due to flash floods. Head east to Rainbow Bridge National Monument where you will find one the world's largest known natural bridges or take a scenic air tour over Monument Valley, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park.
Day 7  Page to Bryce Canyon (146 miles)
Drive through desert landscapes, follow Highway 89 before turning off on to Highway 12 through Red Canyon. Along this route there is an extensive number of well maintained trails offering spectacular views of the red rock formations. Arrive at Bryce Canyon for your two night stay.
Day 8  Bryce Canyon National Park
At least one full day is recommended to explore Bryce Canyon National Park fully. This unique canyon cover 56 square miles and is made up of the largest collection of Hoodoos (pillars of rock left standing from the forces of erosion) in the world. We recommend your first stop is the visitor centre where you can obtain information on the park to help you plan your visit. The park is best seen from Rainbow Point at the southern most point.
Day 9  Bryce Canyon National Park to Zion National Park (84 miles)
Travel back along the State Roue 89 to Mt Carmel Junction before heading west to Zion National Park. The State Route 9 has been designated the Zion Park Scenic Byway takes you through the southern park of the park . The highway runs for 54 miles with a number of switchbacks along the way, and plenty of spots to stop off to enjoy the views and visit highlights such as Grafton ghost town which was featured in the movie 'Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid.
Day 10  Zion National Park
Today you are free to spend a full day in Zion National Park, enjoy a riverside picnic or explore the spectacular Kolob Canyon with its 2000 foot red cliff walls. Springdale is the gateway town of Zion National Park and is a delightful little town with a great selection of shops and restaurants. To see the park from a different angle you can also take a helicopter tour around the perimeter of the park.
Day 11  Zion National Park to Las Vegas (175 miles)
Your drive today leaves the national parks of Utah and takes you back across the border in to Nevada and on to Las Vegas for you flight home.
