From the Peruvian side of Lake Titicaca, cross over to Bolivia to discover even more dazzling natural landscapes. Tour the Sun and Moon islands on the lake, then explore the heights of La Paz. The city is a busy jumble of sights and sounds, where something’s always happening. Get to grips with your surroundings by taking to the air, and looking over the city in a cable car. Explore the city on the ground and discover a clash of old and new, as glossy buildings melt into rustic streets.
Then start your Argentinian adventure in the capital Buenos Aires; here you’ll find a vibrant metropolis bursting with life and full of culture. See the sights around the city, soaking up the history and impressive architecture before wandering the many colourful districts and areas that make up this fascinating place. Then, travel to Iguazu Falls, one of the most incredible sights in Latin America. 275 individual waterfalls combine for a spectacle that’s incredible for the eyes and the ears. Walk through the beautiful national park that surrounds the falls and step out onto the viewing platform over the Devil’s Throat, the chasm into which about half of the water plunges.
View the falls from the Brazilian side for a different perspective, and get a great view of a wide range of flora and fauna that thrive in the lush area. From this serene natural environment transfer to Rio de Janeiro and enjoy the bustling city that’s full of life and activity. Visit the famous Copacabana Beach and enjoy phenomenal cuisine in stunning surroundings; no visit to Rio is complete without viewing the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue.

Catch your flight to Peru’s bustling capital, before transferring to the bohemian Barranco district to check into your hotel for the first two nights of your holiday. This is a great place to get accustomed to Peruvian culture, and there are a host of fantastic eateries, cafés, museums and galleries close by. Today you will be exploring the city and learning all about its impressive history; highlights include the city’s magnificent cathedral, located on the Plaza de Armas, or Plaza Mayor. This main square was a focal point of the Spanish empire in Latin America, and still features a striking bronze statue from 1650. Explore the upmarket neighbourhood of Miraflores, home to some of Lima’s very best restaurants. For an extensive look at the history of this city, the Larco Museum is a must. Accommodation Options
Lima – CuzcoCuzco
Cuzco is an important Inca site, as well as a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, and here you can immerse yourself in traditional Peruvian culture. Discover the bright colours and textures on display at local markets and shops, and wander the paved streets to admire the distinctive and impressive architecture. The Pisco Museum, dedicated to Peru’s national liqueur can be found here, and is well worth a visit. Accommodation Options
There are many impressive Inca site here, and exploring them is the ideal way to learn more about the ancient empire. One of the most impressive is Sacsayhuaman, a monumental structure made of gigantic blocks of stone. Admire the beautiful structure at Koricancha; this was a sacred Inca temple, and the site was later used to house a Spanish cathedral. Cuzco – Sacred ValleySacred Valley
Today move on to the Sacred Valley, beautiful and full of fascinating sites. The valley itself is full of picturesque hiking trails, and you’ll want to keep your camera to hand to capture the unforgettable sights to be seen here. The colossal ruins and fortress at Ollantaytambo are well worth a visit, as is the charming Chinchero. Machu PicchuMachu Picchu
The ancient citadel of Machu Picchu is often listed on travel bucket lists, and today you will have a full day to explore. You will travel by train to Aguas Calientes, the gateway town to Machu Picchu, before boarding the bus that will climb up the mountain and deliver you to the fortress itself. This will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of your tour, as you spend the day wandering the magnificent structure and learning about its history, abandonment and re-discovery. This morning you can return to explore a bit more of Machu Picchu, or maybe clime up to Huayna Picchu, the mountain directly behind the fortress. Today you will be taken on a breath-taking dive through Peru’s mountainous landscape to arrive in Puno, a lakeside town. Admire the vibrant fields contrasted with the monumental snow-topped mountain ranges. For man-made scenery, stop in Andahuaylillas and admire the San Pedro Apóstol church; the incredibly intricate facades and the magnificent altar alone are worth the trip. You will spend today exploring the expanse of Lake Titicaca, South America’s largest lake. Via hydrofoil, sail to Moon Island and visit the ancient temple Iñak Uyu. Enjoy lunch on Sun Island at Uma Kollu restaurant, and soak in the breath-taking views of the lake, backed by the Bolivian Cordillera Royal mountains. Back on terra firma journey to Huatajata, where you will stop at the charming Andean Roots Eco Village before continuing your trip towards La Paz.

Bolivia’s picturesque capital city is bursting with life. Browse the unusual items on sale at the Witches Market, one of the most memorable stops in the city. Nearby, visit the beautiful San Francisco church. In the central Plaza Murillo square, take the time to notice the fascinating anti-clockwise clock on the Bolivian congress building. Today travel to Argentina, where you will stay in the bustling Buenos Aires. The beautiful city is a great introduction to Argentinian culture, and is full of beautiful parks, vibrant neighbourhoods and stunning architecture. The Iguazu Falls are a collection of 275 cascades that thunder down in a spectacular display. Travel by electric train through the Iguazu National Park. There are a variety of lovely walkways and hiking trails to explore the dense rainforest that surrounds the falls. Today you will be continuing your journey into Brazil. The magnificent Brazilian viewpoint from the falls can be reached through dense rainforest after a short transfer by road. Explore the various trails and paths around the falls before journeying on to Rio de Janeiro. Brazil’s capital is beautiful, boasting soft beaches backed with a view of verdant mountains. Today you will ascend Corcovado Mountain to experience – the statue of Christ the Redeemer that overlooks the city. Explore the Tijuca Forest and indulge in some wildlife-spotting before heading to Rio’s famous beaches. Copacabana is world-famous and boasts a lively atmosphere, but for a quieter spot of sunbathing head to Ipanema.
